Mariana Campos
Mariana Campos is the Executive Director of Spanish Docs. She manages the overall operations of the company and supervises all Translation and Interpretation projects. As a freelance Interpreter and Translator, Mariana continues to collaborate with CNN en Español. She has also worked with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, as a Medical Interpreter and has been part of a research project requiring extensive academic translations and transcriptions at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
She carved out her career as Community and Medical Interpreter in the Atlanta area, coordinating the Atlanta Latin American Association’s Translations Department and volunteering with Morehouse School of Medicine HEAL Clinic. Prior to that she worked in Buenos Aires as a translator on projects for multinational companies.
Mariana Campos is a Certified ATA* Translator, who majored in Literary, Technical and Scientific Translation Studies. She has specialized in Health & Biosciences, Immigration, Social Studies and Education Translations.
She is a member of American Translator’s Association (ATA), the Medical Interpreters Network of Georgia (MING), the Argentina Association of Translators and Interpreters (AATI).
